Selects to fine tune the Inbound Signal Word (ISW) Window for the purpose of improving Trunking System performance. The ISW Window is an amount of time that is synchronized between the radio and the Central Controller. This amount of time is allotted for the purpose of synchronizing the ISW transmission within the Central Controller's expected ISW arrival time.
